The hearing is scheduled in two parts:
- Hearing 1: Microsoft’s appeal on jurisdiction.
- Hearing 2: Microsoft’s appeal against the Competition Appeal Tribunal’s (CAT) judgment on two preliminary copyright issues, which were decided in favour of ValueLicensing.
